Armchairs have been a constant presence in my work since the very beginning of my career as a designer. The images below showcase a selection of these pieces. The most experimental of these is undoubtedly the armchair where you can sit in real hay. The Pippa paper armchair is my first lightweight armchair made of EPS, while the blue Verona armchair features a swiveling footrest. Also experimental is the armchair with a seat stretched like a drum with parchment leather. The first on the list is also the newest, which will be unveiled at Design Week in September.
